Mayor Phil Kliewer (center) presented special awards to Cordell PD’s Officer Marty Miller and citizen Eddie Ramsey for their heroic efforts during a search and recovery for Piper, an Australian Shepherd. Also receiving an award was Dustin Pool, who works in Cordell’s Electric Department. Pool received his Electrician Journeyman’s License.
