The Cordell Junior High Blue Devil wrestling team was well represented at the Junior High All-State Wrestling Tournament held February 5–8, as several athletes took on some of the top competition from across the state.
Attending the event were Paisley Campbell, Braxton Campbell, Casen Wood, Cooper Chagollia, Kalley Fuller, and Tyson Dickerson. The tournament brought together elite junior high wrestlers, making every match a true test of skill.
Cordell saw two wrestlers finish on the podium, with Tyson Dickerson and Kalley Fuller each earning 4th place in their respective weight classes. Both wrestlers battled through tough brackets and represented the Blue Devils.
All six athletes gained valuable experience competing at the All-State level, showcasing the continued growth and strength of Cordell’s junior high wrestling program. Their efforts reflect the hard work being put in on and off the mat.
