Turner Jones Samuel Lindse y Mor gan Dixon Savann ah Hendric ks Kand ace Wilson
Morgan Dixon
Morgan is involved in Band, Choir, Academic Team, and Soccer. She earned 1st chair in Shortgrass Honor Band (2 years) and SWOBDA Honor Band (4 years), received three superior ratings at State Solo and Ensemble, and was part of the Cordell Saxophone Ensemble, which also earned superior ratings.
Her biggest inspirations are Mr. and Mrs. Edge, her mom, and Dr. Farris for their guidance and support.
Morgan plans to attend college to major in Music Education and become a vocal teacher. Her favorite band memories are the lock-ins before school started and teasing Mr. Edge when he was tired.
Savannah Hendricks
Savannah is involved in Band, Color Guard, Choir, Cosmetology, and SkillsUSA at WTC. Her inspirations are Mr. and Mrs. Edge, who have helped her grow in confidence.
She plans to attend SWOSU to double major in Instrumental and Vocal Music Education, and later study Psychology.
Her favorite memories include earning sweepstakes, making the color guard team, and meeting lifelong friends.
Turner Jones
Turner is involved in Band, Choir, and Academic Team. He’s a 3-year WOCDA medalist, 1st alternate for OkMEA All-State Choir, and was drum major for the 2024–2025 seasons. He earned 1st chair alto sax in the SWOBDA and Shortgrass Honor Bands, and received superior ratings at the State Solo and Ensemble.
His inspirations are Nate Jackson, Adam Lindsey, and Matthew Fuller.
Turner plans to attend SWOSU to double major in Instrumental Music Education and Saxophone Performance, with engineering as a backup.
His favorite memory is sitting in the front of the bus with Mr. Edge and cracking jokes on contest trips.
Samuel Lindsey
Samuel is involved in Band, Football, Wrestling, Baseball, Choir, FCA, Academic Team, and FBC Youth Group. He is Senior Class Vice President and #1 in his class with a 4.0 GPA.
He earned multiple superior ratings at State Solo and Ensemble and in the Cordell Brass Quintet and was selected for several years for Shortgrass and SWOBDA Honor Bands.
His inspiration is his brother, Adam Lindsey.
Samuel plans to attend OSU, OBU, or SWOSU to study Mathematics.
His favorite memory is winning sweepstakes for the first time in 20 years alongside his brother and giving Mr. Edge daily hugs, permission approved by Mrs. Edge.
Kandace Wilson
Kandace’s biggest inspiration is her father, who has guided her through life and always has answers to her questions.
She plans to attend SWOSU to earn a Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
Her favorite band memories are all of them, each one a “core memory.”
In Loving Memory: Tiffany Jean Chrisman
The Blue Devil Band honors and remembers Tiffany Jean Chrisman, a beloved member of the Class of 2026. Tiffany was a percussionist known for her positivity, humor, and love for the band. She especially enjoyed participating in contests and taking trips with her friends. Tiffany passed away on November 23, 2022. Although she is no longer with us, her joy, laughter, and spirit will forever remain in the hearts of her band family.
