Washita County OSU Extension is hosting a Barn Quilt Workshop on Thursday, November 13th from 9:30am-3:00pm at the Washita County Activity Center, 1005 East 3rd Street, Cordell. A $25 registration fee includes all supplies, snacks and light lunch. Registration is due by November 3rd to the Washita County OSU Extension Office, 125 W. Main St., Cordell or 580-832-3356.
Barn Quilts are painted quilt blocks that can be hung outside or indoors. They look great on barns, in flower beds, back of fences, in your house, etc. You will pick if you want to paint on wood to use outdoors or canvas for indoors.
Amber Hall, Washita County OSU Extension FCS Master Volunteer and OHCE Member, will be leading the workshop.
