Some Observations From Behind A Pulpit

“Ism” is defined by Webster’s Dictionary as an abnormal state or condition. This certainly describes the “Isms” with which I am familiar. I’d like to mention a few of them that most of us know about and son1e of the things that I have learned from afar.

I was born just after World War II began in Europe under the banners of Nazi-ism and Fasc-ism. At that time the world was already over shadowed by Atheism, the grand daddy of all “Isms”. During this tin1e Commun-ism was raising its head under the guise of Social-ism in Russia and China. All the while in other areas the armies of Muhammudan-ism had been styn1ied on their road to conquest in south eastern Europe. They meanwhile had settled into what they call Islam or submission until there is a more opportune time.

The common objective of each of these “Isms” was and always ‘IS’ conquest, total conquest. One tactic that all “Isms” use to assemble and consolidate numbers is “HATRED”. Hatred is the unifying element of all of these groups. At times its power can even surpass that of love.

Hitler was a master of the use of hatred and it survives to this day.

Muhummed and Lenin among others have utilized it as well. They have all of them found that it works best as it moves to subdue the knowledge of the populace of the conquest. We hear and recognize it in modern times with statements like: “Keep politics out of the pulpit!” or “Keep religion out of government, or out of schools, or out of politics.

Several of the above named “Isms” have unified in the saine way in the last few years under a new naine to further the ain1 of conquest of democracy in the western nations. Assembled under the banner and united by the hatred in “liberal-ism” Many of the states of our Union have already succumbed to this idea of “tear it down”.

The rally cry of the unity and goals of Liberal-ism in America is: “TRUMP BAD!” Nothing else- it’s all they got.
