Modern Homemakers met at the OSU Extension Center in Cordell on Jan. 11, 2022 at 6:30 p.m. Members enjoyed their box dinner meals and Vickie Foster brought a chocolate pudding cake. President Foster called the meeting to order by leading members in the flag solute. Foster called roll by asking each member to name one thing they enjoyed doing this holiday season. Members in attendance were Vickie Foster, Paula Stafford, Becky Sander, Becky Snow, Karen Turner, and Linda Miller. Snow gave the devotional from Matthew 23:11. Sander read the minutes from the Dec. 2021 meeting. Minutes were approved as read. Turner presented the Treasurer’s Report. Foster and members completed the year-end reports. Discussion of volunteer forms, monthly program topics, leader lessons and monthly hostess. Sander will keep the monthly volunteer hours for each club member and give to Christy Spalding at next month’s meeting. Next month’s meeting will be hosted by Stafford on Feb. 7, 2022 at 6:30 p.m. at the OSU Extension Center.
