Back to school days are here! It seems like it was a short summer! Hope everyone had a good time at the park, the pool, the ball fields, and manymore things that the city of Cordell provides for its citizens.
Only two more weeks before the Washita County Free Fair. There will be lots of things going on. Music, bingo, great food, and a wonderful display of handmade items. Don’t miss all the showing of animals in the show ring.
A very special welcome to all the new teachers and welcome back to school to the wonderful teachers that were in the school system last year. If you missed out on the Steel Magnolias play last weekend you can look forward to another one in December. It was a great production. It is so nice to have the Opera House active again. The Opera House was built in teh early 1900’s and there was a store downstairs with the upstairs being used for entertainment purposes. Have a good week!
