During the 109th Washita County Free Fair, two outstanding individuals were inducted into the Washita County Free Fair Hall of Fame. Mary Lou Knox of Cordell and Deadra Dudgeon of Cordell, were named the 2016 Washita County Free Fair Hall of Fame Recipients.

The Cordell Village “fair” ladies did it again!

The Cordell Village “fair” ladies did it again! Those entering items in the Washita County Fair this year were Mary Lou Knox, Pat Mathis, Pat Overby, Dovie Ringo, Wanita Sawatzky, and Ann Schmidt. They brought home a total of 17 first place blue ribbons, nine second place red ribbons, and six third place white ribbons.
