“Net neutrality” has been on the news frequently, but most Americans only have a vague understanding of the term at best. Even though I studied politics in college, I needed to do significant research before I completely understood the term. There are two things you need to know about net neutrality. It refers to the concept of an open Internet in which Internet service providers and governments treat all legal data equally.
