Jackie Ray Holman was born on September 21, 1986, to Lanny Leon Holman and Melanie Michelle Slaughterback in Cordell, Oklahoma. He passed away on May 4, 2014, at the age of 27. Jackie attended Sentinel Schools. He lived in Rocky, Hydro and Weatherford, Oklahoma. He worked in all aspects of the Oil & Gas Industry for many years. Jackie loved cooking on the grill, hot peppers, NASCAR, practical joking, fishing and was one of the happiest guys you will meet. He also loved music, helping others, cracked black pepper sunflower seeds, farming, harvesting wheat and most of all loved his children and family. He enjoyed hot rods and his truck and always said “never forget the present is a gift.” He always loved his Bible and was a member of the Trinity Baptist Church in Weatherford, Oklahoma, Jackie was tougher than tough. He shared many good years with Verlinda Garcia, Shaydn Hughes and Loren Perkins. Survivors Include: his parents: Melanie Craig and Tim of Hinton, Oklahoma, Lanny Holman and fiancé, Stormy Wren of Hinton, Oklahoma, his children: Maddyson Marie Holman, Allyson Rae Holman, Adalyn Shae Hughes, Layla Jacklyn Holman, Hunter Cale Holman, his grandmother Idell Holman, Rocky, Oklahoma, his sister Kattie Azette Dobbs of Rocky, Oklahoma, and children Christopher Michael Weese, Clayton Zane Recker, Cali Rose Dobbs, Chloe Grace Clark, brother, Jake Taylor Dobbs of El Reno, Oklahoma, and Kendal Leanne Dobbs, sister, Destiny Ryan Mears of Hinton, Oklahoma, and her children Richard John Mears and Jack Jacob Cameron, brother Wyatt Owen Holman of Weatherford, Oklahoma, brother David Alan Craig and his children, Gabriel Alan Craig and Christian Blake Partain, sister, Susan Jill Craig and her children Charity Leigh Wolcott and Taylor Renee Craig, two favorite Aunts: Anita Neely, Ruby Rodriguez, adopted Aunt, Violette Lucht, as well as many other Aunts, one Uncle and other friends and relatives. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Richard Slaughterback, Wanda Slaughterback Bergner, grandpa Ray Bergner, Bonnie Ethel Anderson, Charles Henry Holman and Aunt, Gayla Humphrey Services were held at Scott Baptist Church, on Tuesday, May 13, 2014, at 1:00 p.m. in Hinton, Oklahoma. Officiating was Rev. Mike Price and Rev. Lowell Gray Burial was held at Lonestar Cemetery, Rocky, Oklahoma. Services were entrusted to Turner Funeral Home, Hinton, Oklahoma.
