4-H Meat Judging Team Takes First And Second

The Washita County Junior 4-H Meat Judging Team was in Stillwater recently to attend a state wide competition at Oklahoma State University (OSU). Keith Schneberger, an OSU Animal Science graduate and owner of Keith’s Butcher Shop,coached the team. The team judged meat carcasses and retail meat cuts based on quality of the product and cut ability.
