Cordell Memorial Hospital Celebrating 25 Years Of Service, Hosting Annual Health Fair

Imagine your child began running a high temperature in the middle of the night, and there was no hospital emergency room close. Or maybe you fear taking a serious fall at your home, but the closest hospital is 30 minutes away. The possibility of those events was in fact a reality for Washita County residents for six months, from September, 1988 to March, 1989, when there was no hospital in the County.
